An Insomnia Elimination Success Story!

I am so surprised that I only see one - just ONE testimonial on your website. So allow me to add another.
I was born at 3:00am and I think due to that, have ALWAYS had problems falling and staying asleep. As a kid, I would sleep walk and as an adult, I unfortunatly got into a car accident due to a lack of sleep. The only way I can sleep through the night now is that sadly I have resorted to sleep medication-  --until your Supercharge your sleep podcast.
I can be up and I mean UP UP UP ready to run a mile (okay well at least in my brain) and I though my MP3 player on and before the end of the podcast - I am out like a light. God only knows what you have said in the podcast but it seems to work.
My husband who is a huge skeptic of hypnosis in general, I had him listen to the podcast on driving - since he gets so stressed behind the wheel. And before he heard it - he said, "I'll listen to it, but I'm not falling asleep". Well, as I write this - he is sleeping like a baby.
I'll be playing that podcast each night before we go to bed now.
You are absolutely fantastic!
My only MINOR criticism of your podcasts is please PULEEZE change the intro. Perhaps you may want to have it a little softer music and softer voice rather than that "announcer guy" with the throwback sci-fi music. Sometimes, I listen to your podcasts back to back (because I'm asleep and don't stop the MP3 player) and I am woken up by that intro that freaks me out.
Just a suggestion, so please don't take it personally.
Overall, I love the affects of it.
Do you have a podcast (even for purchase) for staying motivated to be healthy? I think I've heard enough stuff on losing weight and exercise but staying motivated is the tough part.
Thanks for all that you do and keep up the GREAT work!

Editor's Note:  The podcast intro. stays because it is AWESOME!  Unless we get Randy Newman to sing the intro.  A 45 minute sleep hypnosis recording with no intro is coming soon!

Testimonial

I've heard that the job of a good coach is to find what the client is failing to see and then guiding the client to this discovery. This is the kind of coach that Michael is. He was able to find what I had been missing all along. Some of the learnings he tought me seem so simple yet have had a profound impact on the way I see things. These are lessons and beliefs that will empower me for life.

Michael is also great to work with because he's authenticlly sincere and respectful. You can tell he really wants you to improve your life.
